The Master of Pharmaceutical Science provides you with the skills and knowledge in contemporary pharmaceutical science necessary to prepare you for a career in the pharmaceutical and related industries. The course examines the fundamentals of drug discovery and development – from target identification, drug design and optimisation, and formulation, through to clinical trials, and regulatory processes – and will use case studies and hypotheticals to highlight and address key issues and challenges in these processes. You will gain hands-on experience in a range of analytical, formulation, modelling and research techniques relevant to the practice of contemporary pharmaceutical science.
