The Master of Medicine (Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Development) provides students with the knowledge and skills to make significant contributions to therapeutic product research, development, evaluation, regulation and monitoring for community health and wellbeing. Designed for clinicians wishing to pursue careers relating to the development and safe use of medicines, cell and gene therapies and medical devices, the program covers the therapeutics industry, pharmaceutical and medical device development and regulation, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, health technology assessment, and advanced therapies. Students complete 48 credit points comprising compulsory, stream-specific and elective units.
