全球伦理与正义 MSc Global Ethics and Justice

The MSc Global Ethics and Justice at the University of Birmingham examines how philosophical and ethical theories apply to complex global problems including climate change, war, sweatshops, infectious disease, and gender injustice. Taught within the Department of Philosophy — ranked 1st in the UK in the Research Excellence Framework 2021 — the programme offers a traditional theoretical pathway and a practical pathway with a placement module and practice-based dissertation. Students take three taught modules per term with two hours of seminar time per week, and complete a dissertation across term two and the summer. An optional placement provides real-world experience with organisations such as Oxfam and human rights NGOs.
