高级工程管理（系统管理） MSc Advanced Engineering Management (Systems Management)

The MSc Advanced Engineering Management (Systems Management) is a one-year full-time programme jointly delivered by the School of Engineering and Birmingham Business School. It develops graduates capable of creating novel solutions to complex engineering industry challenges through systems concepts and modelling tools. The autumn term covers core management topics including strategy, innovation, marketing, organisational behaviour and financial management. The spring term addresses the systems management pathway, exploring systems and civil engineering management principles, sustainable construction, management information systems and simulation, alongside strategic innovation and operations management. The programme concludes with a 60-credit research project.
