高级工程管理（建筑管理） MSc Advanced Engineering Management (Construction Management)

The MSc Advanced Engineering Management (Construction Management) is a one-year full-time programme jointly delivered by the School of Engineering and Birmingham Business School, preparing graduates to lead in the global construction industry. The programme opens with core management modules on strategy, innovation, marketing, organisational behaviour, and financial management. In the spring term, students specialise in construction and civil engineering management principles including contracts, risk, sustainability, and digital tools. Core modules cover construction management, engineering production and risk management in construction, sustainable construction, as well as marketing and financial management, organisational and operations management, and strategic innovation management.
