高级工程管理（公路） MSc Advanced Engineering Management (Highways)

The MSc Advanced Engineering Management (Highways) is a one-year full-time programme jointly delivered by the School of Engineering and Birmingham Business School. Designed for engineering graduates moving into senior management or specialist roles, it combines core business management modules with advanced highway engineering pathway content. In the autumn term, students build foundational management knowledge covering strategy, innovation, marketing, organisational behaviour and financial management. The spring term focuses on the highways pathway, covering highway engineering and design, highway management and economics, international road traffic safety, and sustainable highways policy. The programme concludes with a 60-credit individual research project over the summer.
