The programme aims to equip students with theoretical knowledge and practices relevant to the field of Human Resource Development. Through this programme students will analyse the latest knowledge of the related theories and their applications in Human Resource Development. The programme aims at individuals who want to enhance their scholarships in Human Resource Development. In this programme, students are offered a 40 credit hour course work package, with two fields of study available: Human Resource Development, and Health Education and Communication.
