税法 Master of Tax

The Master of Tax is a globally recognised specialist tax law degree within the Melbourne Law Masters program, designed for lawyers, accountants and other professionals working as tax advisers. Students develop an advanced understanding of the theories and policies underpinning taxation law, the operation of institutions that develop and administer tax law, current developments in tax practice at national and international levels, and influential international trends in taxation law such as those proposed by the OECD. The program also develops skills in critical analysis and the ability to interpret and communicate ideas to specialist and non-specialist audiences.
