商法 Master of Commercial Law

The Master of Commercial Law at the University of Melbourne is part of the world-renowned Melbourne Law Masters program, offering advanced study in commercial law from both domestic and international perspectives. Available only to legal graduates, the program allows students to tailor their studies across a wide range of subject areas including finance, competition law, dispute resolution, tax, intellectual property, digital and technology law, construction, and energy and resources law. Subjects are delivered flexibly through a combination of intensive on-campus sessions, online learning, and seminar-style classes, designed to accommodate busy working professionals.
