建筑与项目管理（含工业实习） Construction and Project Management with Industrial Internship

This MSc extends the Construction and Project Management programme with a mandatory second-year industrial internship of at least 36 weeks with an approved construction employer anywhere internationally. The taught component covers procurement and contract law, project management planning and control, project planning for sustainability, construction economics and finance, organisations and leadership, and research methods, plus two elective modules and a dissertation. The internship requires monthly contact with a university supervisor, agreed progress milestones, interim and final reports, and a presentation. The programme is accredited by RICS, CIOB, and the Joint Board of Moderators for CEng registration.
