The MSc in Applied Digital Construction Management (ADCM) equips students with AI-driven, data-centric construction management skills. The programme covers project management essentials — planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, risk, and contract management — while embedding hands-on expertise in AI, automation, Digital Twins, and IoT. Students gain practical experience with Power BI, Python, Azure ML, Azure Digital Twins, Navisworks, Synchro, Revit, and BIM CDE integration; no prior programming experience required. Co-developed with industry partners and supported by the Department for the Economy, the programme comprises eight compulsory modules and a dissertation, addressing a critical digital skills gap in construction.
