The LLM in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution enables students to gain an in-depth understanding of the laws of international arbitration and dispute resolution, benefiting from Singapore's leading edge in the field of arbitration globally. Students have access to some of the top arbitrators and academics in the field. The courses offered comprise a mix of public international law and international private law. Students must complete 40-44 units in one year, with at least 24 units from the International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution grouping, including compulsory courses in International Commercial Arbitration, International Dispute Settlement, and Topics in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
