The LLM in Corporate and Financial Services Law includes electives in banking, both domestic and international, company law and corporate finance, financial services and securities, and taxation. It enables students to acquire both a theoretical base and practical expertise in the subjects involved. Singapore, as the commercial hub of Asia, is an ideal place for the pursuit of these subjects. Students are enrolled as Master of Laws candidates and must complete 40-44 units in one year, with at least 24 units taken from the Corporate and Financial Services Law grouping, including the compulsory course Elements of Company Law.
