国际安全 International Security

The MA International Security exposes students to a wide variety of case studies and theoretical perspectives in security studies. The programme covers traditional and critical security topics including nuclear weapons, terrorism, climate change, cyber threats, civil wars, intelligence, crisis management, ethics of war and artificial intelligence. Students develop policy-relevant skills through innovative assessments such as policy briefs, and benefit from the Hacking for Ministry of Defence module where they work directly with the UK MoD on real-world security challenges. The programme is linked to the Centre for Security Studies and features regular guest lectures from researchers and practitioners.
