国际商法 LLM in International Commercial Law

International Commercial Law governs the commercial activities of businesses nationally, internationally and across borders. The LLM in International Commercial Law at Exeter delivers an in-depth curriculum focusing on international commercial law, regulation and governance. You will study commercial and corporate law, banking and finance, international economic law, and environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG). You will take part in interactive seminars and critical debates giving you unique global perspectives into contemporary law. Alongside the dissertation, you will choose from optional modules tailored to the challenges facing businesses in an ever-changing global economy. The programme is delivered over three terms and is open to students from any academic background.
