The LLM in Commercial Law at Exeter offers opportunities to deepen your understanding of commercial law and improve skills for engaging with contemporary challenges facing businesses around the world. Alongside the compulsory dissertation, you will choose from optional modules such as corporate law, international arbitration, tax law, artificial intelligence, data protection, digital copyright law, blockchain, financial markets law, international banking and fintech regulation, trade law, and competition law.
