The MSc Sustainable Energy Engineering equips students with the knowledge and skills to lead the transition to a net-zero future. Students explore the technologies, concepts and approaches needed for sustainable energy, learning how to find solutions to one of the world's most pressing environmental challenges. The programme is taught by world-leading researchers from the Birmingham Energy Institute, using lectures, tutorials, and workshops. The course consists of 180 credits: 100 core credits covering Introduction to Sustainable Energy Engineering, Power Engineering, and a summer Research Project (60 credits), with the remaining 80 credits drawn from optional modules.
