结构工程 MSc Structural Engineering

The MSc Structural Engineering at the University of Birmingham is an accredited, research-inspired programme designed for civil engineers and related graduates, providing skills and knowledge required for a career as a structural or civil engineer. The 1-year full-time course comprises 180 credits: 120 credits of taught modules and a 60-credit individual research project. Autumn term covers advanced structures and design, ground investigation, and forensic engineering; spring term focuses on nonlinear finite element analysis, earthquake engineering, structural dynamics, contract law, and health and safety, with laboratory work. The summer is dedicated to an independent research project with an academic supervisor.
