The MSc International Development equips students to tackle global poverty through a combination of theoretical and practical teaching. Students choose from a wide range of optional modules covering conflict and development, gender and development, environment and sustainable development, governance, public financial management, and digital governance. A 20-credit core module examines development theories in economic, social, and political contexts. The programme concludes with a 60-credit dissertation, which may include individual fieldwork, in an inclusive academic environment that promotes collaboration and networking across a diverse international student body.
