生物医学科学 Master of Biomedical Science

The Master of Biomedical Science is designed for students who have completed an undergraduate degree with a major in a biomedical science discipline, providing the opportunity to pursue advanced study in one or more disciplines. Emphasis is placed on cutting-edge research and its translation to healthy living and clinical settings of diagnosis and treatment of disease. Research training including advanced laboratory skills and an independent project is available but not obligatory, allowing students to focus on building discipline-specific knowledge and its application. The course places strong emphasis on developing research literacy through thorough interrogation of the scientific literature. Specialisations are available in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, and Neuroscience.
