The Master of Taxation Law is a specialist postgraduate degree providing a detailed understanding of taxation subjects relevant to tax law practice in Australia and internationally. The course equips students with advanced technical skills for careers as tax practitioners, covering advanced domestic taxation law and cutting-edge cross-border and international taxation issues. Students may complete the course by coursework only or by coursework and dissertation, with the research pathway providing access to higher degrees by research.
