眼科学 Master of Medicine (Ophthalmic Science)

The Master of Medicine (Ophthalmic Science) develops core knowledge and understanding of basic ophthalmic science, focusing on preventing blindness, promoting eye health and rehabilitating those with a visual disability. The program is primarily designed for medical graduates interested in careers in the visual and neurosciences, providing practical diagnostic, prognostic, management and surgical skills. Taught through the Save Sight Institute at Sydney Eye Hospital, the program includes a two-week intensive practical workshop and a capstone research dissertation. Students complete 48 credit points combining online and campus-based delivery at the University of Sydney and Sydney Eye Hospital.
