卫生法律 Master of Health Law

The Master of Health Law (MHL) is a flexible, specialist qualification covering wide-ranging legal and ethical issues in healthcare. Students learn to identify, analyse and develop solutions to complex legal, ethical and policy issues affecting health and health services. The program draws students from a wide range of disciplinary backgrounds, including practising lawyers, health professionals, health administrators, government officers, and health advocates. It is offered through Sydney Law School's intensive-delivery format, with 80 percent of units offered on an intensive basis and 60 percent of the program taught by domestic practitioners and international visitors.
