病理学（临床免疫学） Master of Pathology (Clinical Immunology)

The Master of Pathology (Clinical Immunology) is a four-year postgraduate training programme offered by the Department of Immunology, School of Medical Sciences. The programme aims to produce immunopathologists who are knowledgeable in the theoretical and practical aspects of laboratory diagnoses, help in the management of immune-mediated diseases, and manage the laboratory in terms of staff, quality, troubleshooting, safety and training. Graduates are competent to provide consultations on patient management, serving as a communication link between the immunology laboratory and the clinician. Modes of training include lectures, seminar and journal presentation, bench-working, and clinical and laboratory attachment, with laboratory quality management acquired throughout the training period.
