数学科学 Master in Mathematical Sciences

Master in Mathematical Sciences is a 40 credit postgraduate programme by coursework inclusive of a 6 credit master dissertation. The objective of this programme is to produce graduates who are competitive, knowledgeable and skillful in Mathematics and also offers an opportunity for advanced studies and career development in Mathematics. This programme emphasizes the theory and applications of mathematics so that the students will be able to apply the knowledge for career advancement in any related professions in the public or private sector. A student pursuing a Master in Mathematical Sciences (Coursework) may complete the programme in a minimum period of one year and a maximum period of two years.
