The UNSW Master of Teaching (Secondary) is an accelerated postgraduate program preparing graduates for a secondary education career, completed in 1.3 years full-time. The program offers up to 80 days of supervised teaching across three different schools, with students fully immersed in classroom teaching supported by School of Education staff and expert site-based mentors. It combines research-informed learning with professional experience placement, helping students translate educational theory into effective classroom practice. Accredited by the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), the degree is recognised across Australia and internationally.
