教育领导力 Master of Educational Leadership

The UNSW Master of Educational Leadership prepares graduates for leadership positions within schools, government departments and universities. The program develops advanced critical thinking, problem-solving skills and effective communication with diverse audiences, as well as the ability to navigate complex ethical practices in Australian education. Whether aspiring to become a school leader or principal or already in a leadership role, the program offers the latest educational leadership theory combined with practical analytical skills. Students complete a capstone research project, minor thesis or Work Integrated Learning component with support from a supervising academic.
