化学 Master of Science (Chemistry)

The Master of Science (Chemistry) is a coursework masters degree incorporating a substantial research project. Students are embedded in one of 25 research groups in the School of Chemistry or in the Bio21 Institute throughout their studies to complete a major research project, dedicating over half of the program to this work. The course deepens scientific knowledge in areas such as molecular analysis, drug discovery, materials science, sustainable energy, and nanotechnology. Students also develop professional skills through complementary elective subjects including science communication, ethics, and working with data, and have access to advanced facilities including nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometers and an electron microscopy suite.
