建筑管理 Master of Construction Management

The Master of Construction Management is a professional degree that prepares graduates for careers in the construction industry or enhances existing expertise for career advancement. Students gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills to manage the social, technological, financial and environmental challenges facing the construction industry. The program offers three areas of specialisation: Building, which focuses on construction and project management within medium-large general contracting companies; Cost Management, which prepares students for careers in quantity surveying and cost engineering; and Project Management, which develops expertise in coordinating all aspects of the building procurement process on behalf of clients.
