The Master of Business Analytics equips graduates with the capabilities to apply data analytic techniques to a variety of business problems. The knowledge and skills required are multi-disciplinary, drawing on mathematics, statistics, computer science, and business and economics. The course covers foundation and advanced data analytic techniques, as well as frameworks for applying those techniques to a variety of business contexts. Students learn from experts in computer science, statistics, mathematics and business management and become skilled users of SAS, R, Python, Tableau and other analytical tools. The Personal Effectiveness Program, which runs throughout the course, develops the ability to communicate with confidence the business value of analytics insights to decision makers.
