国际商法法律（英文授课） Master of Law in International Business Law (English)

The Master of Law in International Business Law (English) at the University of Macau is a two-year English-taught programme offered since 2006. The programme is open to both law graduates and those with degrees from other disciplines, providing a comprehensive study of regulatory challenges related to global business including international trade, finance, dispute resolution, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and gaming law. It features a diverse teaching staff with a strong practical and theoretical focus, knowledge of different jurisdictions and legal traditions. The programme includes core courses in transnational law, WTO and regional trade law, dispute resolution, intellectual property, and research methodology, complemented by a wide range of electives.
