教育学（教育行政） Master of Education (Educational Administration)

The Master of Education in Educational Management is a coursework programme that prepares educators for leadership and management roles across various sectors of education. Students learn to apply theories of educational leadership and management, and to address dynamic challenges in teaching, learning and institutional management. The programme develops analytical, interpersonal, communication and digital skills, alongside practical competencies in educational planning, human resource management and change management. Graduates are trained to apply numerical data and research methods to solve real-world problems in educational management, and the programme emphasises entrepreneurial thinking, lifelong learning and professional values aligned with the Standard Guru Malaysia.
