国际人权法 International Human Rights Law

The LLM in International Human Rights Law provides students with an in-depth appreciation of global human rights standards and the interrelationship between international standards and national practice. The protection of human rights at international and national levels is a fast-moving branch of law, with significant growth in treaties, constitutional provisions, and soft-law documents. The programme offers a range of optional modules, allowing students to tailor their interests accordingly. Given Northern Ireland's history, there is a particular focus on how human rights operate in conflict and the role they play in post-conflict societies.
