时尚法 Fashion Law LLM

The Fashion Law LLM is the UK's first specialist degree in fashion law, launched in 2025. The programme examines intellectual property rights, commercial law, technology and media law, and social justice issues including sustainability, cultural appropriation, and labour rights. Its approach is international and comparative, reflecting the global fashion and luxury sector. The 180-credit curriculum includes 90 credits of compulsory fashion law modules, 30 elective credits, and 60 free-choice credits from over 150 options. Students benefit from practitioner mentoring and pro bono clinic experience through qLegal. Teaching is based at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies in Lincoln's Inn Fields.
