言语治疗 MST Speech Therapy

The Master of Speech Therapy programme trains graduates who will practise as speech therapists in Hong Kong and serve as speech therapy advocates in mainland China and the Macau SAR. The programme equips students with the professional and academic knowledge, clinical and research skills, and ethics necessary to work as entry-level speech therapists. The curriculum offers a unique approach to education and training in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, addressing speech therapy in both Chinese and bilingual contexts. The teaching team adopts a hybrid approach with traditional lectures in the first year and problem-based learning in the second year. Clinical placements are arranged at the on-campus Speech Therapy Unit and with partners including the Hospital Authority and schools.
