This programme aims to benefit professionals who already have a bachelor's in construction or related disciplines. It offers opportunities for practising architects, construction managers, engineers, surveyors, technologists and related professionals to broaden and deepen their knowledge of project management. The programme helps students develop an innovative approach to problem solving and produces highly skilled management professionals. Staff are leading researchers or professionals who teach theories and good practices of managing projects from both technological and business perspectives. The programme has been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management.
