Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) plays an increasingly important role in health systems globally. This programme equips professionals with skills to evaluate the economic value and outcomes of health interventions, fostering a shift towards value-based healthcare and ensuring sustainable and efficient healthcare delivery. As the only specialised MScHEOR in Singapore, the programme is tailored to Asian healthcare systems and designed to fill the regional talent gap in health economics and outcomes research, health technology assessment, and market access. Students gain hands-on experience through capstone projects and build practical skills in cost-effectiveness modelling, market access strategy, and patient-centred outcomes research.
