The Master of Science in Audiology programme at NUS was designed using the University of Melbourne's Master of Clinical Audiology curriculum as a model and has a combination of academic, clinical and research rigour. The programme has a distinct Asian focus, taking into consideration local specifics like pathologies, genetics, regional infections, cultures, language-dependent sound and hearing instrument differences, healthcare delivery systems, costing, policies and translational research focuses. It further distinguishes itself by incorporating a multidisciplinary approach with related topics including psychology, ethics, public health and engineering. Students have the unique opportunity to be part of a small cohort with dedicated faculty and state-of-the-art facilities.
