集成电路设计 MSc Integrated Circuit Design (Joint NTU-TUM)

The Master of Science in Integrated Circuit Design emphasises the theoretical and practical fundamentals of IC design, enhancing students' specialised knowledge in analogue, mixed-signal, and digital circuits to meet today's rapidly increasing performance demands. This joint programme between NTU and the Technical University of Munich enables students to master architectural concepts, design methodologies, and automation for IC design. Students gain a strong foundation in signal processing essential for modern communication circuits. The programme includes a compulsory three-month internship and a six-month master thesis.
