国际仲裁 Master of International Arbitration

The Master of International Arbitration at MUST provides specialised training in international dispute resolution mechanisms. Core courses cover principles of alternative dispute resolution, international commercial arbitration, negotiation and mediation, litigation procedures, arbitration document writing, private international law, and legal methods and case studies. Students also complete elective courses in specialised dispute resolution topics, international trade, investment and intellectual property law, and a mandatory 6-credit internship at arbitration institutions, plus a 6-credit thesis.
