The MA Media and Communication provides a comprehensive framework to study contemporary issues in media and communications, including digital media innovations, the changing character of media and creative industries, big data and AI, disinformation, and the politics of representation. Delivered by an international team of pioneering scholars in a QS World Top 100 department, the programme combines social science, practice and policy approaches. Students develop transferable research and analytical skills through varied assessments including essays, reports, poster presentations and a dissertation based on original research.
