建设工程法律与争议解决 MSc Construction Law & Dispute Resolution

This MSc is the largest and longest-established programme in construction law and dispute resolution, offering a unique cross-professional perspective. The course is delivered to lawyers and experienced non-lawyer construction professionals through intensive in-person three-day sessions held in London. Full-time overseas students can complete the programme in one year (for lawyers) or 20 months (for non-lawyers). Students access specialist books and journals at the Maughan Library. Teaching draws extensively from leading practitioners. Successful completion may contribute towards the RCP Route for Membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The programme is based at the Strand Campus, the heart of legal London.
