心血管科学 MSc Cardiovascular Sciences

The Cardiovascular Sciences MSc offers an advanced theoretical and practical foundation in cardiovascular research, taught by academic and clinical specialists who actively research the mechanisms underlying human cardiovascular disease. Designed for biomedical science and medically qualified graduates, the programme provides comprehensive training in specialist technical skills. Students explore fundamental and applied modules focusing on the heart and vasculature, state-of-the-art techniques in cardiovascular medicine, and scientific research. The course includes Cardiovascular Skills Workshops and a six-month research project and dissertation conducted within a BHF-funded Centre of Research Excellence. Two-thirds of graduates progress to a PhD, MD, or specialist cardiology training.
