Jointly offered by the Departments of Physics and Mathematics, the program aims to cultivate the next generation to have strong skills in problem solving and logical thinking so that they become competent in the data science sector. By bridging theory, practice and techniques, the program provides students with hands-on experience in analyzing large amounts of data, thereby providing valuable insights to understand complex situations and facilitating smart decision making for businesses, industries and services.
