The Master of Digital Urban Management (MDUM) is a one-year full-time programme co-organised by the Department of Urban Planning and Design and Urban Systems Institute of the University of Hong Kong. It is designed to address the increasing utilizations of digital technologies and data-driven approaches in urban management and planning. Emerging technologies bring both positive and negative impacts on cities. Digital Urban Management is an interdisciplinary field that sits in the intersection among digital technology and urban management. It plays an important role in the future urban governance, which offers an integrated perspective to tackle urban issues.
