The Master of Community Health Care (MCHC) at the University of Hong Kong responds to the growing need for a strong primary health care system amid an aging population, rising chronic disease rates, and increasing pressure on healthcare resources. Aligned with the Hong Kong Primary Care Blueprint and the World Health Organization’s vision, the programme prepares future leaders with a deep understanding of community health principles and practices. Students join a diverse cohort of professionals and engage in interdisciplinary learning that fosters collaboration and long-term professional networks. Partnerships with community clinics, community centers and NGOs across Hong Kong provide hands-on experience in real-world settings.
