The LLM in Intellectual Property & the Digital Economy provides a unique opportunity to specialise in the legal regulation of intellectual property and the digital economy. Core courses include Copyright in the Digital Environment, Patents and Innovation, and Trade Marks and Brands, with optional courses in Artificial Intelligence and Law, Competition and Digital Markets, Information Law and Policy, and Technology Regulation. You will access CREATe — the School of Law's Centre for Regulation of the Creative Economy — and can participate in CopyrightX: Glasgow in affiliation with Harvard Law School. Selected students may apply for paid traineeships at the EU Intellectual Property Office and the European Patent Office through the Pan-European Seal programme.
