神经药理学 Neuropharmacology (MSc)

Neuropharmacology is the study of the effects of drugs on the brain. Research into diseases of the brain (e.g. schizophrenia, depression, Alzheimer’s Disease) and their treatment continues at an unprecedented rate. The purpose of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to acquire the theoretical and applied knowledge of neuropharmacology that will enable them to begin a career in neuropharmacological research. Attempting to find new drug treatments central nervous system (CNS) diseases is a major global priority.This requires a collaboration between pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and academic institutions. In 1998, the MSc in Neuropharmacology was introduced to provide students with the skills necessary to develop a career in important area of research.
