MSc Finance and Management is designed for students wanting to launch or accelerate their career in the finance function of an organisation before progressing into general management. The programme provides a solid foundation in finance alongside an overview of management functions and an introduction to international business and marketing. It is available in a 9-month taught-only format or a 12-month format with dissertation, and can be commenced in September or January. Core modules include Fundamentals of Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Managing Competitive Strategy, and Marketing Strategy. A broad range of optional modules spans banking, entrepreneurship, derivatives, portfolio management, international human resource management, and strategic innovation management.
