The MSc Cyber Security Analytics combines two highly sought-after disciplines: cyber security and data science. Delivered through a multi-disciplinary partnership of Computer Science, Business School, and Law School, the programme emphasises building secure and privacy-preserving software systems. Core modules cover security fundamentals, data science, and data systems, while optional modules span machine learning, cyber law, Bayesian methods, and high performance computing. Students complete a 60-credit research project and benefit from links with the Alan Turing Institute and the Chartered Institute of Information Security.
